TENVYR PRIVATE PILOT
Private pilot terms
Tenvyr is an evaluation-stage security product, not a generally available service. A signed pilot agreement, order, or amendment supersedes these website terms.
Effective July 11, 2026
Authorized evaluation
You may use the pilot only for an approved tenant, authorized systems, and lawful evaluation. You are responsible for user authorization, host ownership, network access, break-glass procedures, and the accuracy of identity and policy configuration.
Security responsibilities
Protect administrator, recovery, SCIM, API, and hardware credentials; use supported software; review access grants; and promptly report suspected compromise. Do not bypass tenant isolation, probe another customer, disrupt the service, or use the pilot to access systems without permission.
Product boundaries
Tenvyr governs direct OpenSSH access. It is not a terminal proxy and does not guarantee termination of an already-open SSH session. Availability, platform coverage, revocation timing, retention, support, and other commitments exist only if stated in a signed pilot agreement.
Evaluation software
The pilot may change, contain defects, or become unavailable. Unless a signed agreement says otherwise, it is provided for evaluation without warranties and should not be the sole recovery, emergency-access, compliance, or business-continuity control.
Customer data and feedback
You retain rights in customer data. You authorize processing needed to provide and secure the pilot as described in the privacy notice and any signed data terms. You may provide feedback; do not include secrets or third-party confidential information in feedback.
Suspension and end of pilot
We may suspend access to contain abuse, compromise, legal risk, or material service harm. At pilot end, follow the documented offboarding process: preserve break-glass access, remove host trust safely, export required evidence, and verify customer-controlled recovery before uninstalling agents.
